It’s better to be positive about it. Who would have thought this year would turn out like this. But we should always look at the brighter side of everything. Stay away from social media as they tend to cause more anxiety. Here’s an article I read recently

I haven’t seen the movie yet but Eddie Redmayne is a promising actor. I agree, the roles he had can only be done by a few. Like Johnny Depp for that matter. Most of his roles are like there wouldn’t be any other for it. They’re different though. Johnny is more of a charmer while Eddie is kind of innocent and sweet.

I have a co-worker who has a polio disability. She is pretty, very hardworking, kind, intelligent. Sadly she is having a hard time getting into dates until she gave up and told her self that she won’t find somebody who will accept her. It is heartbreaking to see and feel. 🙁

It is so hard if your family members wont understand your anxiety level, and wont even support you. Thats kinda hard to cope with.
