I just started working out at this nonprofit gym (not PT, more working out), called Inclusive Fitness. It’s made for people with disabilities. I work one on one with my personal trainer there. We work on strength training, balance exercises, and agility exercise. My favorites are band rows, ladder/hurdles, and medicine ball workouts. It was founded by a man who has a son with Autism. He needed to find sports and activities for his son. It’s $99 a session for the one on one sessions. Sone of us can not work out at a typical gym because of sensory issues. This gym has soft LED lights and noise cancelling equipment.
It’s located in MA (where I live), This is the only location now but they are working on expanding locations across the country.
